Kommentar ebird: "Probably adult female. From hen harrier by only four visible "fingers", and relatively narrow wings (but not as narrow as Montagu's). From Montagu's by dark secondaries. Underparts not uniformly colored, thus probably adult. No collar visible, but the bird was quite distant. Observed for quite long, about 10 minutes. Circles over the water and often raises its tail in a sort of hovering."
